well i got the idea from that john byrne series about batman and superman if they had really appeared in the 30s and had aged accordingly creating a whole diff bat and supes family...

so what if you expand that idea, instead of having to re-update your characters in order to keep them relevent in a modern age, let them age appropiatly and let the universe evolve organically.

so you could introduce new takes on their main titles.

what would be some ideas

Well.........

i'd have Superman be found by the kents, but he's revealed to the world as "Superman" at age 18 , with ma and pa kent having him be trained by his mother program, Brainiac :O


or I would've had teh flash origin stay the same, but afterwards he'd have a weird dream, in which he'd see Jay garrick, not knowing who he is, and have a talk with jay, about an impending "CRISIS" of sorts and that he'll be needed in a Flash............something like that

I like the idea about Barry having a premonition from the previous Flash, Jay, of an upcoming Crisis.

Eh. I think the idea for the All Star line is better than any reboot Ultimate idea. Well, that is if DC ever stuck with it and published the goddamn books on time.
