So over in *warning, offensive word* "Marvel" Comics, there have been numerous "Young..so-and-so" teams, "Young X-Men", "Young Avengers" etcetera, whereas here in DC we only have 'Teen Titans' and possilby a few other teams. So, who do you think deserves a "young" version of them? What DC heroes need a youth equiv. in a team? What would you call the team?

Give Jaime Reyes a 3 year old sidekick and call him Lil' Beetle.

I would've liked to see Terry Berg become "Teen Lantern."
The only other "young" dc needs is Young Justice.

Grant Morrison was the one who made Lobo work (albeit with a religious bent and a dolphin sidekick), so he can basically make ANYTHING work.

this jsut sounds like an idea right up his alley.
I can see why artists line up to work on projects with him

You hate them for finally doing something that reflects DC by having teenage sidekick type characters?
Even though none of them are actually sidekicks and are established heroes of their own.

Young Avengers and Young X-men are steaming piles.
Marvel should be roasted for foisting utter crap like that on us. I'd rather read teh worst issue of "Robin" than the best issue of "Young X-men" (which probably will never be written, at least not with Guggenheim at the helm).

Both are awesomeness incarnate. Especially Young Avengers. Great characters there.

that's a pretty stupid reason since they put out some of the best titles there are in comics.

Superhero comics. And even their superhero comics are every bit as mediocre as DC's.

I have to admit, I've never been into Avengers, but Young Avengers was amazing.
As for DC, Young Justice was amazing back in the day. Anyone remember Relative Heroes? It was rather a DC precursor to Runaways and Young Avengers. Don't know why it never caught on.

I loved Relative Heroes. I thought it was a great little concept and was saddened that they have all but disappeared.
Although, disappearing is better than superfluous death, so at least they have that going for them.
