If it doesn't include Starlin's run from DC Comics Presents where he first appeared, how can it be?

Superman 32 was during the time Mongul was re-introduced in the DCU as the ruler of Warworld during the "exile" storyline in superman.

Flash 102 - well , hardly Mongul's greatest moment as the Flash with his newly discovered link to the speedforce , spank him relatively easy.

Showcase 95 #7-8 was where Mongul Sr sired his heir - Mongul Jr (current Mongul) & Mongal. Doesn't quite explain how both of them grew to adulthood so quickly though later.

Guess they are only focusing on the post-crisis appearances.

Which is funny considering there are indicators that the pre-Crisis stories are (at least partially) Mongul's canon now.
