I am slowing buying back issues of Morrisions run but I really want to read R.I.P. so can I just start with 675?

You might want to start with the first issue of his run and read everything sans the "Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul" stuff because apparently everything he has written is supposed to come together in the end. I don't see any reason why you can't start with 675 if you don't want to though, everything seems pretty easy to follow.

i kinda saw the resurrection of ra's as essential to the ongoing Damian plotline in Morrison's Batman
