Hey folks...this is going to sound strange, but I need help trying to remember the name of comic that either was supposed to have been released, or it is going to be.
Newsarama did a preview of this comic of this tough-as-nails sea captain, probably written within the past year and several of the sketches had this character holding an anchor. The art was Powell-esque in execution. And that's all I have. The story seemed very happening and I'm dying to know whether it's been released yet. I know this is weak and not much help, but it's all I have to go by

Does this ring a bell for anybody out there?
