looking for a nightwing run

in the late 90s I copped Nightwing 25. a kick ass issue in which nightwing and Robin trained around the town with blindfolds on. Pretty sure McDaniel drew it...who wrote it? and was the whole run of that writer good? is it collected in tpb format? any help would be appreciated.

also any other suggestions for good nightwing trades are welcome.

Chuck Dixon. He wrote the first 70 issues of it.

Yes it is.

Yes, it's in trade. The "Love & Bullets" edtion. All of the Dixon run is, but good luck finding volume 2 "Rough Justice" for under $50.
