Rules-

No God Moding, i.e. move has no efect, canot be K.O.'d, no infinit dodging, moves do ultimate damage, etc.

Normal Pokemon Amount, Only Six pokemon to a trainer.

Trading can ocur in PMs just notify me afterwards.

Legendary pokemon are stricktly prohibited.

No infinit healing items

If anyone else has any questions about rules and such, please, do not hesitate to ask.

Information- (Lucario- Number: 448, Type: Fighting Steel, Evolves from: Riolu, Evolves into: Nothing (PokeDEX)- Lucario, known as the "Aura Pokemon". They have the ability to sense and read auras emanating from humans and other Pokémon, allowing them to understand their thoughts and movements, and understand human speech.)
Bio: Being recently released because of loss at a GYM Battle, Lucario now wanders the forrests of Sinnoh and is only looking for a way of life. But upon hearing there was a fortune teller near the town that Lucario was trained in, he went in search of it. (Im bad at this kind of stuff if you havent noticed.)

Well, you can either pick a pokemon and rp that one, or you can have a team, or a pokemon trainer, or even just be a civilian, its up to you.

Well, okay, but how does battle work. For instance, if two trainers decided to battle their Pokemon against each other, how would that go about? Do things like levels, type advantage/disadvantage, held items or terrain become factors, and if so, in what way and to what degree?

Bio: A high ranking Rocket Member who has completed several missions given to her in the past, always securing rare Pokemon for the organization, either by tricking naive Trainers into handing them over, or outright taking them. She is infamous in Team Rocket for her merciless tactics and her fondness for having her Pokemon use Perish Song. Nobara's pride and joy is her Gold Gyrados, a rare pokemon she raised from childhood. Out of all them, it is her most powerful. Nobara constantly puts her Pokemon through incredibly difficult training regiments to strengthen them.
She occasionally has to deal with Jessie and James, and is constantly wondering how the hell they ever got into Team Rocket in the first place.

In current times, she is tracking the Psychic Gym Leader Sabrina, wanting her for an experiment back at Rocket HQ....
