Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to say goodbye to a dear friend. She was a lover, she was a computer hacker, she was a ninja, she was an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and she was a teammate.

She had a long and ... colorful history. Share those special Kitty moments. She had that time in college, in the showers where she experimented with Karma and that time she shared a room with Rachel...those passionate nights on top of another big steel rocket (of love).

That was a good story, I do gotta admit (except the heroes drooling in the sentinel), though kitty is gone (she will be missed), i didnt expect Emma's reaction, that she would cry, that part i thought surprised me, knowing their history together. R.I.P. Kitty

It's not that suprising in my opinion, she always did have a certain fascination with Kitty. She tried to capture her multiple times and turn her into one of her beloved Hellions, but she always rebelled. Which seemed to impress her, and made her all the more intrigued. Besides she was a bitch to Kitty since the beginning, she should feel bad since she just died!

I cried. I'm not ashamed to say it! It was a good issue, I do wish more panel time was given to the X-Men's reactions to her "death", but it was well, WELL worth the wait. I especially like Emma's role in the issue, they just killed me, I was swelling with tears when I got to their final panels. Ah. Issues like this are why I LOVE reading comics. I, personally, don't see her being gone too long, I've got an idea for how she, and the other Astro X-Men, are going to hookup and return to Earth, well, after ripping Vulcan a new one that is!
