Anyone wondering if Martinique, the other Mastermind, might be forced to join the X-Men?

I doubt it myself, but if not that I am hoping that we get to hear her reaction to the (supposed?) death of her sister in MC.

Any other ideas, thoughts, theories concerning either of the Masterminds?

Well... The previews of the issue to be released TOMORROW of Uncanny X-Men reveal her to be the "goddess", so we'll have to see how that pans out.

However, I feel responsible enough to remind everyone that we're still at least six hours away from being able to discuss what she may have done, as to not give out spoilers. Please use tags.

Hmmm...I don't see her being forced to join or even allowed to if she pleaded seeing as how her sister's membership turned out.

I'd be more interested in her becoming a recurring stunner of a villain.

I'd like to see them battle each other. I really liked Lady M as part of the X-Men. Its too bad she betrayed them.

Mike has a lot of awesome things brewing, but a lot of it hasn't come to fruition for one reason or the other so I'm still uneasy until I see those free floating balloons on paper.

Question about Marti -- Has her origin been significantly fleshed out yet? I thought it would work if Marti was the pampered sibling that grew up in affluent settings, and Lady M was gutter-mouth chick who came up in a trailer park...it would set up a good foundation for the sibling rivalry...wiki did tell me that they only have their father in common.
