I know this was confirmed in internet interviews and previews, and heavily implied in Incredible Hercules #117 but I fear it can be Spoiler anyway, so...


Who do you think the skrull imposter in the god squad is and why do you think that?
As simple as that :biggrin:

After the end of last issue, I'd be willing to bet it's Athena. Though if it's someone who's actually on the God Squad serving at the present time, I think Demogorge's motivations for hooking up with the jolly ol' band are fairly suspect.

Nah, Athena is just too obvious from Mikaboshi's words on the last panel of IH#117. That HAS to be a giant red herring, IMHO. I vote for the Demogorge too, I just don't see him joining earth gods. Besides he was the only one not "endorsed" by any phanteon. Egypth gods didn't show up at all...

Horus was visible in a panel when Demogorge explained why he had come.

Anyway that doesn't mean the egyptian gods can confirm the Atum in IH117 is the real Atum: he decided to show up yet who's to say the real demogorge decided not to come at all and then the impersonator stepped in?
