I don't know about the PS2, but you can use the PS3's wireless controller's mini-USB charging cable to connect the PSP to a PC.

Correct. I've, er, I mean my wife, has some of the SingStar games, and the microphones connect via the USB port.

I believe it is also used for the EyeToy.

I think there is some sort of connectivity between the PS2 and PSP, because I remember reading about how playing Daxter on the PSP would unlock things in Jak X: Combat Racing.
