I looked up Ch'i-Lin and it had to do with the number 8. So i'm sure it's going to tie in with the 8th City.

|EDIT| When I typed in Ch'i-Lin w/ the apostrophe, it came up with "qilin," some mythical beast.

No Brubaker, Fraction or Aja? Thats a real real shame. Hope this creative team can keep up.

Wikipedia had it linked to something that had to do with 8. Also, I did't know it had to do with a mythical beast, so this should be really interesting.

Duane and Foreman are the new creative team for this arc. Bru and Matt hand picked them for the job and so far, everything looks great.

I know that a lot of people are disappointed with Brubaction's departure but I think Duane will be able to follow with what they both did. I mean the Ch'i-Lin concept is such a good one.
Hopefully, he'll be able to pull it off and the Ch'i-Lin won't be just some rampaging "I will kill you monster."

I'm fine with Duane as long as he puts in good work (and judging from the solicits I think he will do fine), but I'm not really a fan of Travel Foreman's pencils.

I think there's more to the Ch'i-Lin than we know. So we'll just have to wait and see.

If Bru and Matt hand picked Duane for the job, i'm sure he'll continue what they started. Heck Bru even said Duane would. I love Foreman's art, those preview pages and sketches for the third arc look so awesome. I really love that dragon looking villain.

I'm just glad that Duane seems to be drawing on the Iron Fist legacy as a story element instead of going into something too classically superheroish (which I guess is a very general term, but I mean it in the sense of how early issues of Mighty Avengers was pretty superhero-ish). Especially after this recent revival by Bru and Fraction, I just can't see Iron Fist doing stuff like that (at least not solo).

Yeah I'm really glad Duane will be keeping the same tone to the book Bru and Matt have.
