Just wouldn't be a list without Wolverine I guess.
How Wolverine places that high, and Thor only is 6th I'll never know.
Edit- jeez, you missed out Namor and put in She-Hulk and fricking Wolverine..

I hate that list. No Namor, no Bruce Banner/Other Hulks, no Leader, no Surfer. And Thor and Juggernaut way too low. Who in their right mind would honestly rather see a Doc Samson or Wolverine vs. Hulk fight over a Hulk vs. Juggernaut throwdown?

I swear I will never live to see the day there will be a Marvel.com top ten list without Wolverine. Not that I don't like the guy, I'm just sayin

I agree with Ben as 1st and Abomination as 2nd, but Wolverine? No Namor either? Juggy's so low on the list?

Glad to see the Thing tops on the list.
I love those brawls.

Where is Namor?
1. Thing, yes correct, the first real hero rivalry in the MU, an arguably still the greatest.
2. Abomination, again the right placing, the Abomination is the one foe Hulk can't always overpower. (He often does) The only problem is that the fight always felt weak since the Abomination killed Betty, because if Hulk is about to lose he remembers that and beats Blonsky's head in. The Abomination needs a power up.
3. Wolverine deserves to be on the list, but not this high. Their fights are entertaining, but generally not as epic as Thor, or Herc, or Namor, or Juggernaut and so forth.
4. Doc Samson, you know I'm not entirely sure he deserves to be this high, or even on this list, he's always been more of Hulk's therapist, never much in the way of a real challenge or contest.
5. Iron Man, is this because stupid Tin Man is a great rival for Hulk, or because he is the current golden child?
6. Thor, Thor should be at the third place, these are the two that set the bar for power in the Marvel Universe, and perhaps the most epic fight you can get from two earth based heros.
7. She-Hulk, why, nobody ever thinks she is going to win, and I just don't see how this one is significant in any particular way, other than they are related. In fact it seems less like a family feud, and more like the fights I used to get in with my cousins when we were younger.
8. Juggernaut, this one deserves to be higher, though not much, and yes it was very fun to see Juggernaut get pushed back by War Hulk, in fact I'm going to go read that issue again.
9. Hercules, I don't really see it personally, but better than some others.
10. Sentry, they've been in one real fight, while epic, I wouldn't call them sparring partners. Why is he on the list and Namor isn't.
In short, not a bad list, but you can see fan favor influencing some of the decisions, and maybe that has some legitimate reason to influence the list, but not so much as to but Thor below Wolverine.

People are bitching about Wolverine being on the list when it has Sentry? Wolverine's had numerous battle with him, is he third no, but he belongs on it.

I actually like the list a lot. And dude, Hulk vs. Wolverine is just about as good as it gets. who wants to see some pansy with a hammer get whumped by hulk, when you could see him and wolverine slicing and smashing? Wolverine originally appeared in a hulk comic, for pete's sake...
I do think that it should be spider man instead of she-hulk though. Not to be gender-biased or anything, but she-hulk vs. hulk sort of sickens me. who really wants to see a girl get smacked down by the hulk?

My issue is that Wolverine isn't a super-strong brick, so right away looks out of place to be perfectly honest. Does Wolverine deserve a place ahead of Namor? No way, but in all honesty, the amount of times he has mixed it up with the Hulk, you can't really argue he does deserve a place on the list.
My list would be:
1. Ben Grimm.
2. Abomination.
3. Thor.
4. Namor.
5. Bi-Beast.
6. Juggernaut.
7. Trauma.
8. Hercules.
9. Wolverine.
10. Iron Man.

Thats good, but why Bi-Beast and Trauma? What makes them more worthy than any of Hulk's other foes. I'd argue that Absorbing Man, and Rhino deserve a place more than either of those two.
As others have mentioned, Namor belongs on this list.
I'd sub out Tony or She-Hulk for him.

Bi-Beast and Trauma have actually proved a huge threat to the Hulk. They may not have fought him as often as various others, but quality beats out quantity to me. They've got a fair amount of wins against him.
Not many people can say that!
I guess Absorbing Man and Rhino could be argued for Wolverine and Tony's spots. Really though I feel there is more of a rivalry between the heroes than these villains.

I don't mind Iron Man, there have been some good Hulk-Iron Man throwdowns over the years, with Iron Man 131-132 the highlight.
Wolverine absolutely belongs on the list. The fights are relatively frequent and memorable.
She-Hulk makes no sense. The Sentry makes no sense. Anytime the first battle happened in 2001, you're reaching to put it on there.
As far as replacements, gosh, I dunno....how about The Rhino? The Silver Surfer? Either has had multiple battles with the Hulk that are more memorable than anything involving The She-Hulk or The Sentry.
