Life style you wish you shared.

Mine would be Hawkeye Pierce. The Alan Alda version. Whip Smart Ladies man. Brilliant Doctor. More leisurely than Hugh Heffner.

BSG's Gaius Baltar.

Three-ways with Tricia Helfer and Lucy Lawless, followed by leading a cult of amorous female devotees. Not too shabby.

Vincent Chase from Entourage. He never seems to work particularly hard, he gets loads of hot women, he's rich as hell, and he has a buddy named Turtle. I wish I had a buddy named Turtle. Closest I have is a Pickle.

Plus, unlike Baltar, he's never been beaten and torutured.

I'd pay good money to see Vinnie Chase beaten and tortured....

I'm still wondering if there's any point to Entourage other than cheering on superficial men.

No, I think that about covers it. Yet still I watch.

Isn't House in constant pain?

Doctor Gregory House.

He epitomises cool.
And loneliness and drug addiction.

I'd pick pretty much anyone in the Star Trek future. Aside from the occasional alien invasion, that would be a sweet life.

I thought about Doctor Who but the constant danger wouldn't be for me.

Really? You want to live the life of a clueless superficial dimwit?

I never understood how people didn't get that each of the women in Sex & the City are really messed up cautionary tales.

Josh worked 15 hours a day or something with a not that high paycheck.

Anyway, I would like to be Jack Bauer. With less dead women. And friends. And without the heroine addiction. And the terrorists torturing and shooting me.

On second thought, I wouldn't want to be Jack Bauer at all. Never mind.

Sure, but I've done the same for less money (I used to be a school teacher and neither the hours or pay were why I quit). And for me it would be more about the excitement and the intrinsic reward of doing something good. I would love to work in the inner circle for a politician that I believed in.

He seems so unfulfilled. I mean, he's always asking "What's the deal..." with so many things.

No, no no. The correct response should have been: "Really? You want a face that looks like a foot?"

I think I would rather be E. I prefer being the behind the scenes "power".

Josh Lyman in the West Wing (except for getting shot)

Nice one! That totally would have been mine.

I am going to go with Alan Shore from Boston Legal, money, fame, kinky sex, and cigars and scotch with William Shatner every night.

House is an asshole. The fact that he's a witty, self-aware asshole only cushions the impact slightly.
