Well, donchaknow we like to go up da river and cetch us some croppies and all dat. We're big on the fishin' and all.

Okay, technically that was the Minnesotan answering, but I think it works the same way.

I'm Norwegian and Swedish, with some German thrown in for good measure, does that make me Norways Illegitimate bastard?

Loooooooong cost and lots of mountains that are unsuitable for growing crops.. thats the short answer behind the weird fish dishes :p

Have you seen my very favorite Flash Animation/Music Video?

Were one to take it seriously, it would seem that Kenya has a undeservedly rotten attitude toward Norway--like you're their archenemy. :D

I'm not sure bastard needs the illegitimate qualifier...Sorry, I'm being pedantic today.

My mom has a Norwegian Forest cat ... so tell me, how did those cats get into the forests of Norway? What, no one could leave the screen doors closed over there?

Okay, here are my questions: Is the "ei" diphthong in Norwegian pronounced like the "ei" in "weight" (rhymes with "date" or "great") or with the "ei" in "height" (rhymes with "right" or "bite") ? And which of the 2 alphabetic characters for "th" represents the sound of "th" in "this" and which the sound of "th" in "thin"? I can't find the software that would allow me to show them here.

I know of no houses in norway with screen doors... so that might play some part :P

Fun Fact: Freya (Goddess of .. well everything) had a chariot drawn by huge Norwegian Forest cats

the "ei" in "Height" and "Weight" are diffrent? well ok.. I would say "height"

I have no idea.. the Norwegian alphabet has 3 more characters then the English and they are use for AE(Æ), OE(Ø), and AA(Å)

"th".. i got nothing
