Now I cant remember what Green Arrow was selling when it got canceled in the 90's (Maybe mister Dixon does :D ) but thats not relevant actually..

The fact that after 6 issues the flood of readers of the book has in fact gone up.. instead of the usual slowing down..
the fact that issue #6 sold 32.500
the fact that I am considering dropping the title that is supposed to be my favorite..
(Granted i have not read this months issue yet.. but there has been like.. nothing at all so far that has exited me the slightest )


so this is just a personal belief... but given the rush of readers flooding for the series.. if it wont hit under 30.000 in april then it will do it before issue 10

Actually that last bit is relevant. People think that the 90s version was canceled due to poor sales, but that's just not the case. It was canceled because of Kevin Smith wanting to bring back Ollie rather than Chuck who had a storyline in pace.

Well I read issue #8.

If it doesn't drop below 30K this month, look for it too do so sometime this summer.

I think GA has a very loyal fanbase who have demonstrated over the last five years that you can't beat us off a title with a stick. As poorly concieved as the last five years of arcs have been, many are still sticking it out.

Dipping below the 30K mark will be quite an accomplishment and would have required significant effort on the part of DC Comics. Still, it's going to happen... and very soon.
