Age of Conan MMORPG & where's the DCU game?

So Age of Conan is looking pretty awesome and set to officially start this weekend. As I was mulling over leaving the free play of Guild Wars and returning to the world of pay to play, I wondered what ever happened to SOE's contract with Warner on the DCU MMORPG? Jim Lee was supposedly working on that with them, but news about it is either buried, or I'm just too daft to find it.

No that was the Marvel MMo

the DCU MMO is still in development.. in fact in this weeks LITG you see they are looking for more people to work on it.. so no signs that its going to be canceled soon..
