1.Robin(Leader)
2.Supergirl
3.Kid Lantern (never know what if have new kid lantern someday)
4. Zatara
5. Little Barda
6. Speedy II
7. Chris Kent (maybe be Superboy II)

I dont know yet, if you want some thing add for young justice members in future.

you should read action comics anual to see what happens with Chris Kent and i don't think well see a kid lantern in a while. but i would really like to see zatara and speedy in a team again

A new Young Justice would be welcomed as far as I'm concerened. Teen Titans is lacking any focus or new and exciting storylines. I would totally see a YJ coming together as a result of TT being too unstable and that the members be more proactive, like a watered down Outsiders. I'd love to see:

The Ray (Leader)
Supergirl
Empress
Talon
Offspring

I think that they'd gel well together and that with Ray as the, and pardon the pun, guiding light, they'd do well!

I honestly would rename the current team, they don't really have any classic Titans (besides Joey) and are lead by Young Justice members.

For the love of crap. We already have Titans and Teen Titans books. Young Justice would be superfluous.

Meanwhile, I loved Young Justice. I read it from issue 1. Yet without the original group and having two of those characters dead and the rest dispersed among various teams or disapeared into limbo, why even use the name? Plus Peter David made the book so good.

I suppose it might be possible as a total overhaul or something, but not as the same book.

I could see Impulse and Conner reforming the team when they come back soon. But not Robin or Wonder Girl. Way too much emo there to be a good part of Young Justice.

Yeah, Conner and Bart as the old gaurd or mentors to new younger heroes like Wally's kids.
