I been wonder long time ago, does clark ask bruce be best man at his wedding ? how come clark choice jimmy over bruce ? Does Lex Luthor knew that Clark is superman and get married to lois ?
How come Clark never invite his friends (wonder woman, Green Lantern, Super-heroes) at his wedding ?

Well it was Clark getting married to Lois NOT Superman so it makes more sense for Jimmy to be best man rather than Bruce. No I do not think Luthor knows Clark is Superman (see his comments concerning Clark in this week's Action Comics Annual). As far as his super hero friends - they would have to come in their secret ID's & have to explain how Clark is friends with Hal Jordan, etc. would be awkward.

I just bought the Wedding Album issue, and in that, Jimmy's pretty upset that Clark didn't ask him to be best man. Clark explains, saying that it would be tough to be the wedding photographer AND best man.

One question -- now I can't remember who actually was the best man at the wedding. Can anyone remind me?

(I assume there was a best man -- although I remember Lois refusing to let her father "give her away.")

Didn't alot of heros team but to watch over Metropolis while Clark and Lois got married and went on the honeymoon?

Yes. A two-page spread showed the major players of the then-current Justice League, JSA, and a few odd stragglers doing a massive group flyover. Batman describes it to Superman as, "our wedding gift to you."

I thought Jimmy was upset that he wasn't asked to be the photographer, and that's when Clark said that it'd be tough to be both. Jimmy was THRILLED to be the best man. :)

Batman's wedding gift to Superman was two-fold. One, the heroes would watch over Metropolis for the duration of the honeymoon, and Bruce Wayne owned the building with the apartment Clark and Lois loved. Wayne put them on the top of the waiting list.

Plus, this was the era before Identity Crisis established the idea that everybody who ever put on a mask (and their families, pets, and mailman) knew the identities of everyone. Had the wedding occurred today, you'd probably see every DCU hero in full costume while excluding people like Ron Troupe.

To clarify: Most of those heroes involved in that flyover didn't have a clue who Superman was, nor that he was getting married and would be gone on his honeymoon for the next few weeks. For that matter, I don't think they knew he was currently powerless, which would reduce his effectiveness even if he'd been planning to stay in Metropolis! Batman had simply spread the word that circumstances forced Superman to spend a lengthy period away from Metropolis on a special mission, and it would be really nice if other heroes would work shifts to keep the lid on things in Metropolis by subduing rampaging supervillains and generally keeping the crime rate down. Apparently they all figured they owed Superman a favor or two after all the times he's helped save the world, etc., so they agreed to work regular patrols around Metropolis into their schedules for the next few weeks.

I checked. You're right. Clark told Jimmy over the phone that a wedding photographer (not Jimmy) had already been obtained. Jimmy was hurt until, several pages later, Clark finally got around to mentioning his hope that Jimmy would be best man instead. Jimmy was indeed delighted to accept that role. (There was no particular reason Clark couldn't have asked Jimmy a lot sooner, except that it gave a little extra dramatic tension in the story.)
