OK, I'll bite - wow, "Holy Shit: Or... Pat Robertson Is the Anti-Christ" is some amateurish bullshit. I can't believe someone wasted paper that could have been put to good use wiping asses on that.

It's not a digital comic, is it? I didn't bother clicking on the link.

Funny thing is, probably could have just posted "I made a comic!" and everything would have been relatively fine. But no, ya gotta get cute with it.

My apologies. It was not my intent to "get cute" or cause offence. I've posted on these boards many times, and while I can be a wise ass sometimes, I like it here. I'm not trying to spam. I guess I should have applied the "HYPE" label I see now.

"Holy Shit: Or... Pat Robertson Is the Anti-Christ" is a comic book that I put a lot of work into. I'm proud of it. The first edition got great reviews. I just put out a second edition that I spent months cleaning up. As I read the column on religion in comics, it made me want to tell people about my comic.

At the end of the story, it said to comment on the story, post in the Community Forum. I came to the forum and didn't see a thread about it, so I started one, and said what I was thinking. And pissed everyone off.
I'm a self publisher, all DIY and no budget, and evidently not very good at the publicity thing...

Sorry to have caused trouble here.

Mike

Don't beat yourself up over it. We just get spammed a lot on the Comm board. It's not you at all.

You've got the post count that befits a regular poster. You deserve the benefit of the doubt. Good luck with your comic and further work in the field.
