I'm looking for the title of a graphic novel that I think was published by Image within the last ten years. I think it was called Rail.
The story takes place on what seems to be an alternate earth. There was a war, which caused civilization to fall, with the exception of one city. This city is controlled by a group of railroad barons. The P.O.V. character is a bounty hunter who finds a sword that seems to be Excalibre, and there is another character who might be called M. DeCease.
Either the writer, or the artist has or had a website that I am looking for, and Google is no help with the title.
