I notice that the "Power Girl" blurb says that she has lost her vision powers. However, in the recent "Brave and the Bold" issue where she teams up with Diana, she seems to have telescopic and x-ray visions. Have Karen's vision powers been restored? For that matter, when did she lose them?

(I certainly hope they've been fully restored, given how significant a weapon heat vision can be. I don't like the idea of superheroines being de-powered - it often seems to happen in order to keep them at a peg below the men).
