First it was listed as January, then it got moved to April 16th. Since it was never released I was wondering if anyone has a new date? Thanks.

May 28th has come and passed with no release. Amazon had a date of late June but no that's been taken down. I hope this comes out soon...

This and INVINCIBLE Vol.9 were both due out around the same time and delayed a lot.

Thankfully, the INVINCIBLE collection just came out today, so hopefully this means we won't have to wait long for WALKING DEAD...

When I do a search for made to suffer on amazon (which is notorious for posting wrong dates), the release date is listed in the search results as Jul 16th.

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Made+to+suffer&x=0&y=0

However, if you click the book for more details, no release date is given. Bizarre.

There are actually a few extra story pages in the tpb. A few more scenes with the Govenor and his crew in the prison that weren't in #48.

Really? That's a little disappointing since I buy the series through the single issues.

Cool with me. I can't wait to get it... on its way via USPS.

I figure we might get to see them reprinted in the back of a future issue. Remember how they reprinted that hard-to-find Christmas story in the main title a few years back?

Kirkman and co are fair like that.

That's true. Well, hopefully they'll do that but it would've been nice to get those story pages within the actual story.

Ahhh man, I finally read this last night after waiting 7 months.... I loved it. The ending was a little rough to take when Rick's wife and baby were killed but I knew it would happen sometime.

This is one of the best things out there right now!

I've just finished reading this trade now.

I was genuinely gutted, and shocked by the developments in this trade.

From now on i'm collecting this title monthly. I figure 6 one month cliff hangers aren't going to be as bad as one six month-long cliff hanger.

I'm going to go and read issues 49 and 50 now!

good idea. 49 and 50 read like they're only one issue anyway

I kind of want to do that, because it is hard waiting, but then I'd just have to spend double the money cuz I'd end up buying that damn trade too.
