I didn't see a football thread here so I thought I'd start one. Just a thread to talk about anything from superbowl predictions to recent football news.

I'll start off with who I think will be in the superbowl this year. I'd have to say Cowboys and Jags. Both teams were great last season and with the Jags acquiring some better recievers, i think thay got a good shot at Afc championship. Let me know what you guys think. Also, what do you think will happen with the Calvin Johnson controversy? I think they'll have to end up trading him even with the hit to the Bengal salary cap.

lol. i thought the same thing when i first went to it. that's why i put the American in there. so there wouldn't be any animosity if a soccer fan mistakenly clicked on this thread.
