Outsiders TPB confusion - Help!

I'm reading Outsiders TPB and the 3rd one "Wanted" has issues #16-23 but the 4th one "Crisis Intervention" has issues #29-33. :eek: Where'd the other ones go? Which TPB are issues #24-32 in? :confused:

Issues #24-#25 #28 are in The Teen Titans/Outsiders:The InsidersTPB

The rest I assume never got traded since it was 2 issue's between 29, and they wasn't wrote by Winick.
