...Hey , I'm glad to see someone else mentioning this ( While sad to see that I don't get to start my own thread !!!!!!!!! ) , I bought the TPB on impulse recently , I rather like it !!!!!!!!!
I guess it was a direct-to-TPB publication , no comic book first ????????? Though the story's about 88 pages long , four standard parts .
Doesn't seem to break directly/neatly into parts , however .
Did they want to call it " NIXON'S PALS AND GALS " and get Archie on their back ?????

Thanks for picking up the book, and I'm glad you liked it! Joe and I decided to go straight to GN explicitly because we didn't want to have to break the story up arbitrarily into 22-page increments. We told the story exactly as we thought it needed telling... we were shooting for 80-100 pages and wound up with 92 pages of story.

Great read! I remember Mike Norton busting your chops about Hard Boiled panels or something like that, but I have no idea what he was talking about - this is its own thing.

And yeah, that does look like a gun.:biggrin:
