Peter David is a scream live. I recall one panel where, for no particular reason, he started going off about Raiders of the Lost Ark, and made a convincing argument that Indiana Jones accomplishes nothing in that movie aside from inadvertently saving Hitler from the Ark's powers.

Peter David has been making five star meals from table scraps for years. Proof that a good writer can do the impossible.
Last week Peter David healed an old woman from depression by having his shadow fall on her.
