Hi, as a kid in the early 70's, i remember reading a comic about two stone age brothers, skilled with the bow,and their adventures in the prehistoric era. I just can't seem to recall the title or the publisher. Does anybody know, any fans?

I'm thinking it might be Turok son of Stone....or maybe Brothers of the Spear?

This is the first one I remember reading. I ran across several more shortly after. I loved Turok and Andar. Pretty novel, making the Indian the good guy back in the '50s/'60s. And the honkers! What young boy doesn't love dinosaurs! Great stuff and well crafted.
I despise with a white-hot passion the modern version. But that's true of so much.

Turok is one of my favs too. Simple adventure stories with dinosaur and aggressive cave people.....and the painted covers are pretty cool too.
Check this out.......I had been looking for a first issue for quite awhile.....but every time one came up on ebay...they were beat to hell.....or were going for $300 + bucks!! I must have watched 5 or 6 of em come and go. Well, my birthday is Jan 10th.......yea....1-10......and around Jan 2nd I saw another Turok add up on ebay. It was a really beautiful copy of Turok #1 (596) so I tried for it.......and for some miraculous reason....I won the bid which ended just hours short of my birthday. Now, check the price.......

Congrats, Senormac! And happy belated birthday!
The Gold Key Turok is one series I'd really like to see more of. All I have are a few
foggy memories of a few translated issues, back in the very early 70s...
