He turned into Vodka like liquid in AOA (Thus he turned white), he turned into both pink and purple noxious gasses (One poisionous and one acidic) in 616.

I'm of the opinion that as his powers grew, he would have been able to form any kind of gas/liquid he could think of.

i'll always be sad about that missed opportunity. Mondo, at least, should have been a full-time member of the team. i still have the little book with him attempting to learn volleyball. vincente would have been a fun recurring character, as well. i liked his odd desgin/sense of humor.

throw her in. the more the merrier. i just thought she wouldn't be noble enough to fit in with this crowd. she didn't seem all that interested in protecting mutantkind. as for Sage, i purposely called her Tessa because that's the version i prefer. i would have used Mystique but she's currently being portrayed very much as a villain. so i picked Xavier's other spy girl.

Vincenzo is an italian name -not Vincente. Interesting theory about ethiopians... but they don't draw tattoos.

Vincente takes the color of the gas/liquid he's forming. He seems to be forming a Brownish gas, thus the brownish coloring. But maybe he is black. I am all about it.

Yea, Vincente is totally a mutant. We don't know where he's from though. He showed up as a victim of Emplate's thrall. In AOA he was a team member and a total kick butt lady killer, but in 616, he's just been a lackey.

I'm glads you all like. I was totally drawing up a design for a different character at first, when I thought it would be a good pose for Vincente with the smoking finger effect. I had a blast drwaing him...well except maybe for the tattoos - because it was hard finding a good picture to use for reference on the internet (I no longer had my Gen X collection, save the first few issues). My wife totally dug the drawing too, even though she knew nothing of the character.
