Agreed. It's a total myth that America has bad beer. (Or at least has been a myth for several decades) You just need to look past all the commercial stuff. My beer conoisseur friends tells me now that American beer has probably taken the lead in variety and taste.

I would totally go to New York if I could afford to, and visit, and con stuff! However, everything I know about New York I learnt from Law & Order: SVU. Not a good impression it make.

It didn't even make the list for TGAMJ later this year...because it's too far away from where I want to be with the time I have.

But I'm sure it's mostly fictious...I hope. :eek:

I assure you that the number of cop shows that take place in NYC is disproportionate to our crime rate. We're way safer than a lot of US cities that don't have any cop shows.
