We had a Diva vs Nosferatu Seras match not too long ago, and the general consensus was that Seras was too fast and powerful for Diva to put down.

If Diva couldn't beat Seras, no way in hell is she beating her master.

Well, the manga's an adaptation of the anime Blood+ so you're probably better off(you know how bad anime-based manga is*jerks a thumb at RahXephon, Scryed and Eureka Seven*).

For one thing, she slaughters mooks left and right...

I haven't watched that much of Blood+, so I'm not sure how fast she is. Probably faster than most, she cleared a hallway(s?) of soldiers in seconds [in their defense, it was off-screen, but seeing as how far Riku and Kai got into another door to evade her, it was quick.
