brought to you by the same people who have nothing to do with the jump to conclusions mat. anyways, after Dan Slott builds up Delroy Garrett jr into the new 3-D Man i have an idea for the next step in his evolution. i think they should bring back the Superhuman Tactical Activities Response Squad (S.T.A.R.S). remember them from the U.S. Agent mini? The group battled alien invaders/superhuman threats and was responsible for their imprisonment (like The Cube). well, U.S. Agent's busy so i think Delroy should be their new lead operative; a kinder gentler one. i think they should tweak his personality; make him more like a character Will Smith might play (he is from Philly, afterall). he'll need a decent supporting cast and a cool base of operations, as well. i think he should also have a falling out with his church; the Triune of Understanding.

I think he should also have a falling out with his church; the Triune of Understanding.

I think they should never ever mention the Triune of Understanding again.

As for Triathlon, I understand that he is going to get more face time in the Initiative. I guess the original 3D man was a Skrull hunter and they want Delroy to follow in his footsteps.

Personally, I like the idea. Then again I've always liked the character. I'm just waiting for some creator to do something with him.

that's why i edited in that he should have a falling out with the church. i think they might be better off as antagonists; seeing 3-D Man as an insult to their religion after he goes off on his own.
