Hey guys, my friend and I were talking about villain deaths caused deliberatly by superheroes of the Marvel universe. Not "accidental" deaths, just ones that the heroes either didn't care to try and contain the threat or just became tired of them and offed them. Is there a list that states any of these deaths, or maybe we can get a list going? The only one right now off the top of my head is Wolverine: Evolution were he kills Sabretooth. Any help would be much appreciated :)

Although in theory, he was already dead there. Cap did blow away the ULTIMATUM soldier with the Uzi.

Do you really need to list an issue number of Punisher?

Point taken, yeah. It was just the one where he went in bulk. Of course, there were no bodies, and we've already seen Gibbon and Lady Python made it, so nobody died, probably.
However, in PWJ #1, he got Stilt Man. In like... #12 he got the new Hate Monger.
Civil War #5, Jack O'Lantern & the Jester.
Civil War #6, Goldbug and Plunderer (don't ask me how he was just in Marvel Comics Presents... Skrull?)
Punisher #54 - Barracuda
And that's just in the past three years that I can remember. Frank just doesn't take s*** from nobody.

Thor killed a few I'm sure, though the only one i can think of is Fafnir the dragon (and maybe Fin Fang Foom, depending on whose telling the story)
Captain America killed a some terrorists in issue 1 of brubakers run.
Iron Man killed Mallen
that's all I can think of right now

Jean Grey killed the Marauder Prism in an issue of the old X-Factor series. (she threw against a wall and he shattered.)
Wolverine killed Mariko Yashida's father, Lord Shingen, in a duel.
the Iron Man of 2020 AD annihilated the first Blizzard with his repulsor rays.
Thor killed the Midgard Serpent in battle. he also helped the last Viking on Earth kill the dragon Fafnir.

Sentry ripped carnage in two, threw the void into the sun, threw the collective into the sun, decapitated attuma, probably threw a whole load more into the sun while we weren't looking :D

Mockingbird let the Phantom Rider (Lincoln Slade) fall to his death.
A slew of Avengers "killed" the Supreme Intelligence at the conclusion of Galactic Storm (Iron Man, Hercules, Black Knight, Sersi, Thor, Vision, Wonder Man).
Wonder Man killed a couple of people while out of his mind due to the Nega-Bomb affecting his Ionic system (though this was later retconned in the Wonder Man/Beast mini).
USAgent killed many, many people.
Adam Warlock sort of killed himself (he absorbed the soul of his future self into the Soul Gem, although he was already mortally wounded and would have died anyway), as well as sort of killing Gamora (similar situation), and euthanizing a lobotomized Pip the Troll.

Logan killed Sabretooth in Origins
He also killed most of the Riders of the Storm (or whatever they were called at the time) along with Genisis in Wolverine 125 (I think).
Team Stabby uh Xforce has destroyed a lot of the Purifiers.
X-23 got Lady Deathstrike.
Edit
Bishop "killed" (till he got better) Prof X, and Xavier has been more enemy than friend of late (well sorry jerk than mentor)

In an issue of Dan Slott's SHE-HULK, toward the end of his run, he had someone in the story mention that a ton of villains were attacked by the Punisher and blown up - but they all survived, with varying degrees of burns, and had their stomachs pumped.
I do recall someone dropping dead before everyone realized they'd been poisoned, though, so at least 1 person died in that story.

That was Princess Python, who showed up alive and somewhat well later.

Wow thats alot guys, I guess there are many many more though. So do you guys think that killing off supervillains by superheroes persist more in the Marvel universe rather that the D.C. universe?

Spider-Man deliberately killed the Finisher by returning a fired missile back to his tank.
