Greetings from across the Pond. Like so many other fans , I have been waiting for years to see this wonderful Camp series again - particularly Burgess Meredith as the Penguin. Imagine my delight when I spotted that the series was to be aired on our digital National T.V. Network B.B.C. Four. In fact it has been on for quite a while now and I have recorded most of the Episodes on DVD hard drive so that I can edit each double episode together without tiresome interruptions and then make a DVD-R (superior PAL 575 lines) for my Grandchildren to watch - who can recite huge chunks from Batman the Movie - which I gave them years ago! Almost worth emigrating to U.K. for ? For More Details - E Mail me!

That's just great! I only recently purchased a DVD recorder and if the Batman TV series is ever aired in my neck of the woods I'll be sure to record it. What I have recorded are the entire 13 episodes of the Birds of Prey series that aired a few years back and is not currently available on any official DVD release.

Cesar Romero - still my favorite Joker. Jack Nicholson did his thing and did it exceptionally; Heath Ledger looks to have hit the right tone for the right generation, but there's only one Cesar Romero.

Good news about the dvd.
