Marvel.com has the preview (http://marvel.com/news/comicstories.2973.Preview%7Ecolon%7E_Captain_Ameri ca_%2337) up.

Looks very cool so far. Seems like Bucky is reminiscing on a past memory while training with the SHIELD (awesome!). What looks even more interesting is a certain blond haired purple shirted individual checking up on Bucky and it looks like he's going to have a few words with him.

Sweet preview. That man with Bucky is Hawkeye right?

The art looks tight(er) IMO.

Yeah I think it's him.

Can't wait to read their exchange, I've been waiting for them to talk to each other since Cap died given that they were both such close friends to him.

Wow, Clint Barton showing up sure was unexpected, and a pleasant surprise it is. I've been waiting for Brubaker to bring him into the title for a while.

It's sure gonna be one interesting encounter, Clint's gotta have a couple of things to say to the one who's wearing Cap's uniform, after he refused to take over the title himself.

Ok, I'm officially excited about this issue. I can't wait to see the interaction between Clint and Bucky. I can imagine Clint being pretty opposed to the idea of there being a new Cap, especially considering part of the reason he turned it down himself was due to him feeling no one could live up to Steve.

I think he'll reluctantly accept Bucky's right to the title, though. That's if he even knows who Bucky is, and believes it.

I wonder whether he's just lucked upon Buck, or whether someone tipped him off as to where he could find this new Captain America. Who? Stark? Fury?

I guess he either followed him home or Clint already knew where Cap stayed and looked him up from an outside source.

art doesnt look great in this issue. Clint looks big enough to be the Rhino and looks about 40.

Guest stars are always fun; I wouldn't want this book to turn into a parade of reactions to New Cap, but it's nice to see them when appropriate.

If we're talking wish lists (and we are now), I'd like to see Thor, Herc, and the Patriot/Hawkeye duo (the latter two, in particular, since they're one of the four or five heroes who actually knew about Bucky before he became Captain America).

Cool, Clint appears. I saw the same pages uncolored a couple days ago and I was wondering who that guy was. But the blonde hair/purple theme going on really helps to show who it is.

I'm assuming (and hoping) it's Clint too... but the problem is that it's hard to tell sometimes. A short haired blonde guy could be everyone from a resurrected Cap to Clint to Hank Pym to Mar-Vell to Donald Blake. I guess we should be thankful Sentry grew his hair out.

Still, assuming it's Clint it'll be cool to see how he see's Bucky as Cap. I wonder if Bucky is even aware of the relationship Clint and Steve had.

Catching Cap's shield seems to confirm that it's Clint. He's the only person Stark could find who could do that.

Brubaker said in a recent CBR interview that he was planning to have Clint on at some point, so it seems pretty likely (the purple is a big hint).

agreed, but this is the most defined drawing I've ever seen of Clint, and hoping that it would take over as being the definitive Clint. I mean with USAgent he is usually defined by his nose, but the rest of the blonde haired heroes all look the same most of the time.

That sure looked like a punch Clint was throwing in that preview.

Is this going to be a procession of players coming to call on Bucky? Will Panther be next, then Spiderman. We really needed Bucky to get acquainted with the heroes of this age, and seeing as Cap made national TV coverage, at last, I think some well considered visits will open up Bucky to some very strong criticism, and it's up to hiim to roll with that, just like Steve had too, in post-Avengers #4. That's what it looks to me, what Ed is doing here. Sure, Bucky can put on the costume, but to be what he symbolises will be a harder slog. The Young Avengers revered Bucky because of Buckys close relationship was to Steve. But these modern heroes no nothing more than Bucky was a sidekick to Steve 60 years ago. Clint Barton is the Saint Thomas of the Avengers. Bucky has to give him the smack down, before Clint believes this is Cap.

Lets not forget that A) clint could be thinking that bucky is skrullarific (though, I doubt that bru will bring that up), and B) clint can probably smell Tony's fingers all over that new uniform. He may not be registered, but he IS a ally of Tony Stark, and that may make calling himself captain America blasphemy to Clint (as if it wasn't blasphemous enough).

In regards to A, I'm honestly suprised Tony doesn't suspect Bucky is a skrull.

i was going to post "maybe he is!" then realised how tired i am getting of saying that.
I honestly think the build up to Secret Invasion may have been too much, practically any storyline can be twisted up with "but what if character X is a Skrull." its fun for a little while but it gets boring quickly.

I think a lot of the heroes will have this issue with Bucky being Cap, and being an ally of Tony. Wolvy and Cage are going to see Bucky in pretty much the same light too. That's where Cap will feel the hate, in the early days of his reign, and lots of pressure to discard the identity of Cap. I think Brubaker is setting this up as a baptism of fire for Bucky and Bucks good intensions versus what he can really achieve. If Bucky doesn't come out of this in tact, and able to enforce his own will against these people ( the New Avengers in particular), he won't have the confidence to keep putting on the suit.
