From the available choices, most definitely Barda. Hell, she's even had some experience in adult films, not to mention carrying around a "vibrational Mega-rod" with her at all times. ;)

Meanwhile, I've never really viewed any of the other three as "hot" in the same way that Barda, Power Girl, Selina, Black Canary, et al are categorized and illustrated as "hot comic book babes." So this was a pretty easy win for Barda. Now, were she up against Selina, Canary, PG, etc., that's a totally different contest.

I don't know if I'd boil it down to "big-chested, pouty-lipped, bedroom-eyed", but Lois has been shown to be fairly pretty through much of Superman history. I mean people who picture her as Margot Kidder may not think of her that way, but her progression was mostly from being "perky and cute" in her early days, to being reasonably glamorous in the 80s and 90s.

That's the "perky and cute" stage. She's definitely attractive in a 1940s kind of way. Not bodacious, not busting out of her suit in a Rita Hayworth way, but she's clearly a looker.

The 60s were kind of a low point for her appearance, I think. She tended to look like this:

If you can ignore the bizarre broken looking hands, I think she's clearly meant to be at least stylish, er as they'd call it back then... "mod".
