Help ME!!!

I am trying to get a reading list for all things WildStorm.

I want to make a reading list of individual issues for all of the main teams and characters in the universe.

I need help with lists for teams such as WildCATS, The Authority, Planetary and so on. I've only read issues here and there and a few random trades and I love the stuff but I want to know where to start reading and what to keep reading to get to where things are now because the current Wildstorm Revelations miniseries is very interesting to me.

thanks for the help. I'm going to try and get all of the comics in individual comics, and maybe have to download some scans if I just can't find the actual comics, since I don't want to buy all the trades and I bet some stuff isn't even collected into trades anyway. thanks for the help.

ps, I really want to stay in continuity so things like the WildCATS/X-Men crossovers and the Authority vs Lobo and stuff can stay out unless that's actually been included into cannon for it.

Wildstorm has posted a World's End Mini site (http://www.dccomics.com/sites/wildstorm_worlds_end/) with a list of recommended reading, it's a good starting point

I'd start with STORMWATCH VOL. 3: CHANGE OR DIE and then CAPTAIN ATOM: ARMAGEDDON before diving into the other WS titles

I was in this same situation right around the time the Worldstorm event took off so I sympathize. At that time I wanted to read everything there was. I'd say you're best options to get up to speed and for trades to read would be the following:

and of course Wikipedia.

In all honesty though if you don't want to spend time going through the whole history of the Wildstorm Universe you could probably pick up anything that has come out since the Worldstorm event and catch up on the basics in prep for World's End. There is a lot of history like Fire From Heaven, DV8, Divine Right, Cybernary, etc that isn't referenced now so you could get by without it. When I first got into Wildstorm and read everything that was published (luckily I had friends who had collected everything) it was a multi-month effort and honestly a letdown when I read the current titles. Hopefully World's End will turn it around.
