Pretty much a given but I'll try and give some creators to go along with it so it'll be a little more difficult.

This was rough, and as much as I'd love to see Gage or Ellis' take on anyone anywhere at anytime, and as much as I like War Machine and the idea of putting Casey on it, I loved the Dr. Strange Mini too much to pass up an ongoing with him on it.

I've always loved Doctor Strange, so, I would have to go with that.

Either Gage Wonder Man or Slott Hawkeye. :D

I'd definitely buy a Hawkeye solo, unless the writer was an inept buffoon. Same goes for Black Widow, really. Though I'd prefer it to be written by Brubaker.

I'm not that keen on Strange, so even BKV might not get me on board for that.

Throwing a vote for Doctor Strange. The last miniseries was a hoot.

Probably Machine Man-Warren Ellis

Fleshy Ones! Machine Man by Ellis is clearly the correct choice, I mean how can you pass up a robot who gets aroused at the sight of the hole that's been blasted through his own chest?

Strange for me. Loved the last mini.

Exactly what I thought! Wow, the Doc has so many votes...

Not a huge Dr. Strange fan, but if BKV is writing it...
Ellis writing is solid gold always also. This was a fun poll!

should have been multi-choice

and which Hawkeye would Slott be writing? the old or the new?

meantime i voted for Doc Strange. The Oath was killer good, and i could see myself reading more mystery tales like this

It's funny...im not intersted a great deal in the Avengers line-up outside of there group title. Although Dr.Strange would probably pull alot of people...

Black Widow by Greg Rucka or Ed Brubaker...:)

Theyre all pretty tough cause I would probably buy them all but its a toss up between Hawkeye by Slott and Machine Man by Ellis.

Well the strange mini was brilliant and BKV is gold so that would be it for me. I don't know if you can rule out any character if it has solid writing behind it though, for example how many people would've voted for an Iron Fist solo 3 years ago? It's all about the writing baby (ok and art).

Hawkeye by Fabian or Dr. Strange by BKV

Looks like we may be getting a new Dr. Strange series annoncement in July according to Lying in the Gutters.

I choose other, as in none. I thought the whole reason these guys were in a group was because they couldn't cut it solo?

Well, when the Avengers got together they were all in their own solo series at the time (well, the Wasp and Ant-Man were in the same book, but you know what I mean), so it's not like it's mandatory to have the Avengers be filled with characters who don't have a solo.

Who's That?

It would be nice if Marvel brought back Nicieza's Hawkeye series. More of Ellis' detestor of fleshy ones is a good thing.

It's a crime that Dr. Strange has gone as long as he has without an ongoing series, imo.

Dr. Strange by BKV, hands down. The mini was great, and now that the Hood (BKV's creation) is a big player in the world of MU villains (and already has history with Strange and the New Avengers - this title seems like it just needs to happen! At least another mini? C'mon, Brian, ending Y was cruel enough - give us a new monthly! (Fully acknowledging the greatness of Ex Machina)

That having been said, I'd also buy a Slott Hawkeye book (even though I'm not 100% sure what Hawkeye that would mean hehe).

I'm looking forward to Ellis' run on Astonishing, but I don't think I'd pick up his take on Machine Man, I just don't really dig the character that much. I say let Ellis play around telling Illuminati stories from Marvel history! It could be like the Planetary of the MU, displaying how they gathered and discussed their secretly-shared info over the years!

Clint Barton back as Hawkeye by Dan Slott
