NWO #2 comes out today. This issue is titled "Global Warning" and deals primarily with Native American prophecies. If anyone picks it up, let me know what you think. Issue #3 is just around the corner too and it's the mother of all conspiracy comics!

Was very pleased to find #2 in my LCS yesterday without having to special order, back-order, hit various online sellers myself, scour eBay or whatever (as is often the case with some of the more out-of-the-ordinary indie titles ... Boom's The Foundation, I'm looking at [or, more apropos, for] you). Alas, as I was too bloody exhausted at the end of a long day to do more than glance at the first page, but I'll be sharing my impressions soonish.
Having been a UFO/paranormal/whatever buff (i.e. leaning toward belief, but by no means committed or convinced) ever since I was a kid, way back in the late '60s, I really liked #1.

I really enjoyed #1, and I'm hoping I can get my hands on a copy of #2. My LCS is pretty bad about things not Big 2, and my local hasting's is strange. They'll get things haphazardly and you're never sure jsut what they're getting. They got #1 there, so I'm hoping they got #2.

Hastings carries comics? Interesting. We don't have one here, & I can't recall if the ones back home in & around Little Rock (all but one of which closed while I was still living there) had comics or not, because at the time I was still languishing in a 25-year hiatus from the field.
The closest one to me these days is about 45 miles away in Auburn, & while I haven't been by there in a couple of years I'm pretty sure they only had prepackaged bags of miscellaneous overstocks of '80s stuff for maybe a couple of bucks a bag. Then again, at least at that time, an LCS was right off the corner of the shopping center.

It's a weird situation. There's two in the whole area, as there's a "sister city" 20 miles down the road from me, and they both carry comics. One has a puny spinner rack filled with nothing but the usual suspects of DC/Marvel and Star Wars. The other one has a full fledged section, and carries the Direct Market version of titles, and even has Vertigo, Image, Dynamite, and IDW stuff. They just don't seem to have a set ordering system, and semmingly get smaller stuff at random. It's pretty cool I guess though, if I miss out on something at my LCS I at least have a secondary source.
Also, hasting's is great when it comes to trades and hardcovers. They carry a far more diverse selection than our crappy Barnes and Nobles. The fact that they have a second hand section of trades is awesome, I've picked up a lot of gems for a fraction of the price.

Now, that I can affirm. I well remember picking up the CrossGen trade of Route 666 a few years ago for half-price or less & enjoying it immensely.

This was a great comic. I am getting excited about which direction it will go. Good art and great writing!

Just got my hands on issues 1 and 2.
I liked them both a lot. I am real familiar with all the elements touched upon in the books and you bring them together to make a great story and entertaining comic, even for the uninitiated ;).
I do have one gripe.
Too short! Next issue is the conclusion?!
You could/should do an ongoing, dealing with all the nwo/pagan/mystery babylon/luciferian/illuminati beliefs, how they are present throughout the ages, and how their actions have effected civilization!

You're right Stinger, it is too short. That's why I tried to make each issue stand out a bit in terms of themes. Which can be a good thing or bad thing to some. The third issue really gets down and dirty in revealing one of the greatest conspiracies of our time which is basically the big "revelation" in this short mini-series.

Sounds, good. Can't wait.
