Martin --
The heck with your enthusiams for burning ECs & other horror comics in the '50s. Liefeld's are the comics that belong in a bonfire, if any do.

He'll have to finish that Younblood Hardcover first, which is now running 6 months late thanks to Rob. Nice to see his return to Image is off on the right foot.
The more things change, the more Liefeld stays the same.

Thanks, I thought YB Africa had been at least done or something and published somewhere.

The more things change, the more Liefeld stays the same.
And the farther over backwards (not difficult at all if one emulates his hysterically hopeless grasp of "anatomy") his enablers bend to look the other way.

Are you guys saying his anatomy is off? I would've never have guessed!

Also that he's a stain on the very history of comics (much more so than any of the '50s horror comics writers, artists & publishers that you've apparently decided were moral degenerates). And that his fans ... well, there's no accounting for taste.

I doubt reading any of his comics ever directly got a kid to commit some horrible crime. What are you going to do? Organise a book burning against my posts because they offend your sensibilities? I'd like to see you try! AHAHAHAHAHAH ahahAHAHahaha >:D

I think you're well aware that I'm not the one who has no problem with burning things he finds offensive.

Except that contributing money to his upkeep could be construed, I suppose, as a "horrible crime" against good taste & any sort of aesthetic sensibility.

Come on seriously? Old or not - wrong is wrong and this is one of the many example of Rob being Rob and much of his work being incredibly bad (or stylized if you would prefer that term).
If you don't like the Captain America picture take you pick:

Rob didn't create Spawn.
I think he is aware of that fact but was instead trying to compare Spawn and Rob as the same thing - funny, WRONG but funny. I do realize that almost as many people hate McFarlane as Leifeld and tie them together because of Image Comics but I however am a fan of Spawn. This is the book written by David Hine and penciled by Brian Haberlin.... not Todd the Toy Man.
