Just a few questions about the new Infinity Inc. series

I was thinking about picking up the new series, but I wanted to know, how is it? Is it any good or should I not even bother with it? How are the characters? Are they interesting or boring? The same goes for the story-lines, interesting or boring?

So far, #10 is the best issue, and that's not saying very much.

Agreed - bored the hell out of me, and dropped after 3 issues. It takes a LOT to make me drop a series (God help me, my eyes bled for whole YEAR with Countdown), but this series just doesn't interest or excite - AT ALL. The Infinity Inc. arc in 52 had its moments, at least. This? Bland art, whiny characters - I feel really old saying this, but it feels like something straight out of 1993.

In short - avoid like the plague. If you liked 52 and want to read something spun out of there, do yourself a favor and pick up Booster Gold.

It's a trainwreck.

I get virtually every DC comic book there is. They're all on my pull. Even Simon Dark. My shop doesn't even ask me anymore. If it's a DC book - they just add it to the list.

But I cannot, in good conscience, spend money on Infinity Inc. It's terrible. The stories are boring, the characters are uninteresting, there's not nearly enough Steel in it, and that guy who hates the one guy but loves the girl he transforms into (yea...) is too stupid for words. I thought the addition of Mercy Graves ("Vanilla." Good god.) to the story might help it... but it didn't.

There's never much I can ever complain about DC Comics. But Infinity Inc. is horrible.

if you really need it wait for the trade to go on sale for like 2 bucks in a year.
