My wife is a store manager at Hot Topic, and she just received word about an extremely limited edition "I believe in Harvey Dent" shirt. It's the picture we've all seen BUT...the shirt comes in two versions...The regular and the "defaced by Joker" version which is limited to 2000...

Will you inform us when it in fact comes in at the shop?

they arrived in her store today 3/14....so most stores should have them now or in the next day...and why the Hot Topic hate?

I used to work for them, so I have legitimacy in hating Hot Topic for their corporate spite and the ability to take creative ideas and make them banal and everyday. But that was in the 90's and I've heard they've changed much over the years...not the banal and everyday part, though.
I remember having to take netmesh tights and cut the crotch out and do an upside down thing to make sleeves for a shirt. Now anyone can purchase them -- where's the thoughtfulness in that?

Because it's lame and pathetic. It' where all of the "weird kids" go to get clothes so that they can be "individuals", except they all wind up looking exactly the same. It's like a uniform store for "outcasts".

Damn, do we have to reduce this thread to this? If people want to dress the way they want let them. It's not like they're killing you.
But anyways, I was surfing the site for HT and I don't see any Two-Face shirts. Is this valid? Because I don't wanna send my best bud on a wild goose chase looking for it for me. :o

Heh, fair enough, I suppose. I myself don't dress like that or shop there, but there's been a few stuff I've seen worn thats from that shop and I think they look pretty cool. So overall I don't think its always that everyone just wants to be "individuals" but they like the style. But whatev. heh. :o
But I really wanna know bout that shirt. I'm sorta forcing a bud to get it for me, he said he'll go tomorrow.
