Black Cat costume for cons?

My girlfriend is looking to make a Black Cat costume, but it's hard to find any latex or bodysuits that fit her costume (and aren't just fetish wear lol). Anybody know any good sites or links with resources for costume making?

I'm thinking, you probably want to start out with something like a full body unitard (dancers usually have the best ones):

buy some faux white fur for trimming and either paste or sew it on. there are tons of site out there to help anyone willing to build a costume.
