No Tomorrow for the DCU

So I've been toying with one of my improbable ideas that will never see print... and I had this strange notion of the Justice League encountering a parallel earth Justice League that is seemingly identical. The two naturally begin planning the idea of using their combined forces for good and everyone gets a chance to see themselves from the outside, prompting some reflection.

Along the way, somebody makes a quip about Booster Gold, which prompts a strange reaction from the other team: "Booster who?"

The DCU's Superman makes a comment about the Legion of Super-Heroes... and the other Superman has never heard of them. The same holds true for Brainiac 13 and Waverider.

Quickly, they piece together that this other earth never had a Bart Allen and that Barry Allen never married prior to his death and that there is no Professor Zoom. Their Flash isn't even Wally West because Wally was never introduced to Barry by his Aunt Iris.

The worlds are IDENTICAL except that this other Justice League has never had contact with ANYONE from the future.

Which presents a frightening problem: This other DCU HAS NO FUTURE.

Things spiral out from there but I just wanted to pose the question: What would be different in a DCU that has never had any contact with anyone from the future?

Aside from the noted Flash differences, I'd presume with no Booster Gold that the Lord-era Justice League had a different set-up and team dynamic and any events where Booster played a key role would've been drastically different. Maybe the Ted Kord Blue Beetle's still around and a more standard & formidable superhero in the eyes of the world because he didn't pal with Booster (which could mean more people listened to him and so the OMAC Project was stopped early w/out Ted being shot).
