I thought their next flick was a piece set in ancient Greece, but I was wrong. This time, they're playing waiters and is based on these guys' real lives waiting tables. (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/slammin_salmon/news/1713606/)

And there's a cameo from Lance Henriksen in this flick. I was excited for the flick alone, but knowing that Henriksen is popping up, that just pushes it over the top for me, sanz turning the cap backwards.

Puddle Cruiser and Super Troopers are probably my favorites; Beerfest was good, and I was disappointed with Club Dread but I wouldn't be against revisiting it. Many moments with ladies being nakey.

Club Dread was great, mostly because it works equally well as both a comedy and a horror film. Definitely a different animals than Super Troopers though.

Does Dukes of Hazzard count?

Hell to the NO, minus that one brief scene.

There's also, however, Puddle Cruisers, which wasn't half-bad.

"Luke, you man-whore!!"

That's the only part recall liking. That and the naked women.

I think that's why I didn't care for it. I felt like it was a straight spoof of horror flicks; I was expecting something else, not that I disliked all of it. It had its fair share of laughs.

I just need to see it again.

Fair enough. I'll be honest, I did NOT like most of it the first time I saw it, but I bought it for $7 in a bargain bin at the local video store, and have seen it a few times since. It's quite a good movie, in that it's not exactly spoofing the horror elements when the killings start. The comedic parts are really funny too. I look at it as a better version of the first Scream.

Broken Lizard's absolute pinnacle of greatness was SUPER TROOPERS, and sadly none of the other movies have touched that. (BEERFEST came close)

But I keep seeing their movies - hoping they'll reach that peak again - so I guess they've got me hooked. :)
