Can anyone tell me with which issue SWAMP THING became a Vertigo title?

Swamp Thing #129. At least it looks like it switched over at that point.

what proof do you have? O.o I don't believe there even was a Vertigo title in 1985.

Hmm, that link states that Death: the High Cost of Living in 1993 was the first to carry the Vertigo tag.

Vertigo as a product line didn't exist until the '90s. As for Swamp Thing, issue #129 is the correct answer, and for proof, compare these covers for #128 and 129:

The "1985" referred to in that link is not the year of that issue, but the year that that series started. So it is issue 129 of "Swamp Thing (1985)" which came out in 1993.
