Ultimate Fantastic Four #52 Spoilers

Cosmic Cube takes off from where it's being hijacked, the F4 still attached, Acheron whale ships take it and teleport it to the "Nevada" of Acheron, i.e. the middle of the desert.

An army awaits the Cube and the F4, Thanos arrives and chooses to deal with them on his own, Thanos and Reed get into a fight with the cube, Reed's repressed daddy issues come forward as he mentally belts him thus giving Thanos the cube.

Alright issue, not bad but not great, setting up for something bigger and I still think the Kirkham art takes away from Carey's story. Again not much going on but it should peak as a story soon and probably well.

Dude it's not nice to freak people out. The latest issue was #51, not #52. That comes out at the end of the month.:D

Good issue by the way. Reed's cocky attitude towards Thanos was a pretty good characterization. Will Reed ever learn to not underestimate opponents? I hope the next issue will be good but I wonder who talked to Grimm when he got teleported? Could it have been the third son of Thanos?

I'm really enjoying this story but I think you're right about the art. I've said it before but I wish they'd give Pascal Ferry this title. His art in Godwar just fit so well with the Ultimate Fantastic Four and I really don't think his art works as well in UIM II. Again, just my opinion. ;)
