GEN 13: What's the chronology of the various series?

I used to read Gen 13, back in the 90s, and I always enjoyed it. I recently wanted to delve back into the team's Wildstorm series, but I wanted to go back and reread some of the old stuff, and I know I should be able to get the issues pretty inexpensively.

So there seem to be a million minis, one-shots, crossovers, solo stories, and multiple "ongoings." I don't really remember where it starts.

Can someone maybe list the order everything was published in, and if, possible, who was writing it, so I can discern between which series is which by glancing at the name on the cover.

J Scott Campbell drew a few issues and then Adam Warren drew a few. Adam Hughes drew a 2 parter that helped John Cassaday's career and now David Mack's. That's about it for Gen 13.

I really loved the start of that comic, it's a shame Lee, Choi, Garner and Campbell didn't want to nurture the comic any further.
