Theres no obvious reason why a Skrull would take the form of "a" Hulk but could they be using the presences of a Hulk to mess with the world after seeing what happend during WWH, also could explain how it got into the helicarrier and stole the gun.
This theory doesnt hold much water but this is comics so show me one that does.

Because if it was a skrull, it would be green, not red. They're better impersonators than that.

I dunno about a "Skrulk." There's no real tactical advantage to impersonating a super powered being that either helps or hurts the cause. Physically, Hulk is one of the most powerful beings around but he doesn't exactly have connections that the Skrulls would find important like the other Skrulls we have seen (even Cobalt Man). Not to mention putting a Skrull through the psychological trauma to fully act out as Hulk would make them as much a hindrance as a help.

Jazinda is a skrull. But not in that sense.
A skrull is impersonating Jazinda the skrull.

I can only hope, with as bad as this new series has been, that red hulk is indeed a skrull. Please let it be a skrull.

Not necessarily, Skrulls are only green in their natural form. Part of their shapechanging abilities includes the ability to change colour.
Having said that I really hope that the Red Hulk is not a Skrull and that Marvel show more imagination than that.

I posted somewhere else Spoiler (id of red hulk): that Ross was the skrull and when he got hit by all that gamma became a red hulk because Skrulls are already green. He didnt intend on becoming a hulk but absorbed too much gamma

They might not have impersonated him, but they definitely might have played the part in his deportation from earth a while back. Also, I'm sure that somewhere there is a Skrull keeping tabs on ol' Mr. Banner. They will want to know if ever gets out of prison.

I know Pym wasn't a member of Illuminati but was he involved with it in any way?

I'm glad Banner Hulk is not involved in this. I think it was silly to have a bunch of crossovers with 'war' in the title when were actually at war. It may not be a traditional war in that sense, but .... etc.
So, Red Hulk. Who is he?
