He's the other half of the Cloak and Dagger team. His real name is Tyrone Johnson, he's a run away who was given an experimental drug that awaken his latent mutant powers. His powers... well, he teleports around and sucks people into his cloak which houses a dark dimension. He and Dagger had a series once, didn't last too long. Was okay though. And he and Dagger had two guest spots in Runaways, and those stories were good.
